At Wrexalontyklix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your workshop experience and any products you create with us. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may request a refund or exchange for our services and products. By booking a workshop or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending a scheduled workshop or that may affect your satisfaction with our services. We have designed this policy to be fair and transparent while ensuring the sustainability of our small business.

Workshop Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by Customer

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible while allowing us to manage our workshop scheduling effectively:

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your scheduled workshop: Full refund or credit for a future session
  • Cancellations made between 48-72 hours before your scheduled workshop: 75% refund or full credit for a future session
  • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before your scheduled workshop: 50% refund or full credit for a future session
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled workshop: No refund, but you may receive a 50% credit toward a future session at our discretion
  • No-shows: No refund or credit will be provided

Cancellation by Wrexalontyklix

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a scheduled workshop due to unforeseen events such as instructor illness, inclement weather, facility issues, or insufficient enrollment. In these cases:

  • You will be notified as soon as possible via the contact information provided at booking
  • You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available workshop date
  • If you choose to reschedule to a more expensive workshop, you will only need to pay the difference
  • If you reschedule to a less expensive workshop, we will refund the difference

Rescheduling Policy

We offer flexible rescheduling options to accommodate your changing schedule:

  • One free reschedule is permitted per booking if requested at least 48 hours before the original scheduled time
  • Additional reschedule requests may be subject to a $10 administrative fee
  • All rescheduled workshops must be completed within 90 days of the original booking date
  • Rescheduling requests must be made by contacting our studio directly via phone or email

Gift Certificate and Voucher Policy

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates purchased for our workshops are subject to the following terms:

  • Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person
  • Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided
  • Gift certificates may be applied to any workshop of equal or lesser value
  • If the gift certificate value is less than the workshop price, the balance must be paid at booking
  • No cash value will be provided for unused gift certificate balances

Promotional Vouchers

Promotional vouchers and discount codes are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the promotion. Generally:

  • Promotional vouchers cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated
  • Promotional vouchers have expiration dates that must be honored
  • Promotional vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash value

Workshop Experience Satisfaction

Your satisfaction with our workshop experience is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your workshop experience for any reason:

  • Please speak with our staff immediately during the workshop so we can address any concerns
  • If we cannot resolve the issue during the workshop, please contact us within 7 days of your workshop date
  • We will review your concerns and may offer a partial refund, credit for a future workshop, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion
  • Refunds for dissatisfaction are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed

Products Created in Workshops

Since the candles and other items you create during our workshops are handmade by you under our guidance, they are considered custom creations and are generally not eligible for returns or refunds. However:

  • If your candle is damaged due to a defect in our materials or equipment, please notify us immediately
  • We may offer to help you create a replacement candle at no additional charge
  • If your creation is damaged before you leave our studio due to our error, we will work with you to create a satisfactory replacement

Group Events and Private Parties

Group events and private parties have special cancellation terms due to the resources required to prepare for these events:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee
  • Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but you may receive credit toward a future event at our discretion
  • Deposits for group events are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date
  • Minimum participant requirements must be met; otherwise, additional fees may apply

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss any concerns about your booking, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your booking confirmation number and the name used for the reservation
  • Explain the reason for your refund request
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for extraordinary circumstances such as medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other significant events. Documentation may be required. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
